Who we share it with
We share only what each provider needs: our fulfilment partner HyperSKU to pack and ship your order, delivery carriers, Stripe and PayPal for payments, our hosting provider o2switch (France), Google (analytics, only with your consent) and Microsoft Clarity (only with your consent). Some of these providers are located outside the UK, including our fulfilment partner (China); where this happens, we use safeguards approved under UK data protection law.
How long we keep it
Order and accounting records are kept for [10] years as required for tax purposes. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is kept for [14] months.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its use, and receive a copy of it. Email contact@loyalhearts.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
